Great Gift Ideas For Multiple Daycare Teachers
I feel awful about this now but the first year my daughter was in daycare, I didn’t get her teachers gifts for the holidays.
I felt overwhelmed by the number of people involved in caring for her on a daily basis.
I didn’t want to leave anyone out but also didn’t have a budget for buying personalized gifts for several childcare providers.
If your child is at a daycare center, they may have several different teachers and aides in and out of their classroom throughout the week.
There’s also administrative staff, facilities staff, the center director, and possibly kitchen staff.
You certainly shouldn’t feel obligated to buy presents for the entire daycare staff.
However, there are some occasions when you may want to acknowledge several childcare workers and are looking for a group gift.
Maybe your child is heading to kindergarten and you want to give everyone at the daycare a goodbye present. Maybe for Christmas, you’d like to acknowledge all the staff for everything they’ve done throughout the year. Or, maybe you want to send a special gift for multiple teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week.
If you want to show your appreciation for multiple daycare providers, here are some great gift ideas to consider.

10 Genius Gift Ideas for Multiple Daycare Teachers
1. Buy Them Breakfast
Food is always a good go-to gift for a group.
If you’re looking for a gift for multiple daycare teachers, consider buying the staff breakfast one morning.
You can have something catered or just purchase some breakfast foods at the grocery stores and set up a nice spread at your childcare center. Include bagels, pastries, coffee cakes, fruit, juice, etc.
2. Coffee & Donuts
It’s always a fun surprise when you come into work and are greeted by coffee and donuts. Right?
Show appreciation for daycare staff by sending them a box of coffee and some donut holes or munchkins.
Don’t forget a note to say thank you!
You can write: “donut know what we’d do without you” or “thanks for taking care of our little munchkin/s.”
3. Candy Basket
This is what we did one year for the staff at our kids’ childcare center. It’s an easy but creative gift idea for multiple daycare teachers.
Purchase a nice basket and fill it with different candies and treats.
I love that if you add a variety of choices, there will be a little something for everyone’s taste!
Add a card with a cute saying: “how sweet it is to be taught by you “or “we love our sweet teachers.”
4. Gift Cards
I’ve been told teachers love getting gift cards (instead of things they can’t use or already have in excess).
You can purchase a bunch of small denomination gift cards ($5 each) to different places like Dunkin’, Starbucks, Amazon, and Target. Grocery store and gas station cards also make great gift ideas.
Make a DIY gift card tree or buy something like this gift card holder to display the gift cards for all the teachers.
The bonus with this gift is that the teachers can pick which gift card they actually want and will use.
5. Cater Lunch
If it’s within your budget, offer to buy lunch for the daycare teachers and staff one day. A lot of places offer individual boxed lunches for catering to businesses and schools.
Even if it’s just pizza from a local pizza shop, this is a unique gift to show daycare staff how much they are appreciated.
6. Scratch Tickets
Buy a bunch of $1, $2, and $5 lottery tickets and give them to your child’s daycare providers as a holiday or thank-you gift.
Write a clever saying on a card, such as “thanks a LOTTO for all you do” or “we won the lottery having you as our teachers.”
I think this might be what I do for the staff at my kids’ daycare this year. It’s simple and you can buy enough so that NOBODY gets left out unintentionally.
And, it’s fun for the teachers! Who knows? Maybe someone will win a LOTTO.
You can also get creative and make a lottery ticket bouquet or a lottery ticket Christmas wreath.
7. Brownie gift box
Fairytale Brownies have great reviews and they look amazing. They are described as fresh, fudgy, and full of flavor on the website.
You can pick from all different gift boxes and even pick the brownie flavors.
It’s great that these brownies come individually wrapped (no worries about shared food and sharing those daycare germs).
Now you have the perfect sweet treat gift for the daycare staff!
8. Edible Arrangements
When I worked as a hospital nurse, we used to LOVE getting food as gifts from our patients.
We got a lot of candy, chocolates, cupcakes, and generally unhealthy treats. It was nice to receive a somewhat *healthy* gift when a patient or family member sent Edible Arrangements.
They have so many different platters and fruit arrangements to choose from.
This is a great gift idea when you want to send something a little different than standard treats to a group of daycare teachers.
9. Funny Socks
If you want to get individual gifts for multiple daycare teachers, these socks are a really cute idea. Plus, they are budget-friendly so it won’t break the bank to buy multiple pairs.
These would work great as a Christmas gift for a bunch of teachers, especially if they are about to have winter break and get some time off work.
You can pair the socks with a nice handwritten card for each teacher to make this a personalized and unique gift idea.
10. Coffee Supplies
I have only two kids and coffee is my lifeline.
I imagine a lot of daycare teachers also rely on coffee to keep their energy up throughout the day.
If you know your daycare providers have a coffee machine in the office or teacher’s lounge, stock them up with coffee supplies!
You can give different flavors of coffee or K-cups (for a Keurig), teas, sugar packets, creamers, and stirrers.

Whether you’re thinking of Christmas presents, holiday gift ideas, or teacher appreciation gifts, including all the staff at your daycare center or trying to buy several gifts for multiple teachers can seem like a daunting task.
